Join us for a 31 day Challenge of Mindfulness, Gratitude, Movement and Connection.
It is FREE to join the Challenge and you will receive a Journal.
Every day in May you will be challenged to perform the following:
- Write down 3 things you are grateful for
- Perform a 5 minute mindfulness (using a mindfulness app such as Smiling Mind or another one of your choice)
- MOVEMENT – Can be any type of movement including going for a walk, fitness class, mowing the lawns etc. as long as there is movement involved! Record in your journal what you have done.
We will also have workshops on offer throughout the month – (keep an eye out on the Nintirri Facebook page) that involve inspiring local women and discuss the importance of Gratitude, Resilience and Self-Care and how this can relate to these Daily Challenges.
At the end of the month / early June we will conclude with a get together with participants – fostering Connection.
Participants will be asked to share their experiences – what they learnt / things they could improve on from the challenge.
There will be prizes up for grabs for those participants who have embraced the challenge and lived the values of health and wellbeing or made the biggest improvements to their daily lives.
