The Nintirri Community Op shop is run by a dedicated team of volunteers
The Nintirri Community Op-Shop is primarily run by volunteers who sort donations and keep the Op-Shop stocked and tidy. We also host work experience and school placement students at various times.
All money raised from the Op-Shop is put back into the services that are run by the Nintirri Centre Inc. Located in the main Nintirri Centre building the Op-Shop, we think the Op-Shop is the favourite shop in Tom Price!
We also have a rack at the Tom Price Arts Hub.
Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for our Fill-A-Bag sales and any Saturday opening hours for 2023.
NORMAL OPENING HOURS
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
WHEN CAN I DROP DONATIONS?
Donations are accepted during opening hours.
Please do not leave donations outside the building as the retic often wets the donations and/or they get full of bugs and creepy crawlies, meaning it all has to go into landfill!!
WHAT ITEMS DON’T YOU ACCEPT?
We cannot accept electrical goods, soiled or broken items.
We do not accept underwear or dirty/stained cothing.
As a general rule we say, if you wouldn’t give it to a friend or neighbour please do not donate it to the Op-Shop.
INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VOLUNTEER?
There are no specific hours that you need to commit as a volunteer but any time dedicated to assisting the operations of the Op-Shop are most welcome.
If you are interested in joining our team of volunteers contact our centre and speak to our Office Manager
