It is a difficult time for both our community and others around the world.
However, we feel the risk of COVID-19 means we must make the safety and well-being of our Elders, traditional owners, guests, staff, volunteers and the general public our top priority.
We take seriously the advice of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) which says that while the risk to the general Australian population from COVID-19 is low, in order to assist with the containment of the virus, non-essential gatherings or events of more than 500 people should not proceed.
In light of this the Karijini Experience will not take place from April 14 to 18.
We realise the impact of this decision will affect many, from our artists and suppliers to our volunteers and visitors, many of whom have been planning their trip for months.
We would like to thank our sponsors and supporters, there has been a significant investment in the years event from the Nintirri Centre, its partners, staff and volunteers.
We’d like to thank all our supporters for their understanding during this difficult time and look forward to working with you for Karijini Experience 2021.
We will be refunding all tickets, excluding booking fees.
