Perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than your period. This session will help women understand what is happening hormonally during this stage of life and how these changes can affect sleep, mood, energy, weight, skin, brain fog, libido and overall wellbeing.
We’ll discuss common symptoms, what is considered normal, when to seek further support, and the different options available to help women feel more like themselves again. This will include practical discussion around nutrition, lifestyle, hormone therapy and other supportive strategies.
