This lunchtime session explores what happens when your body spends too much time under stress and how this can affect sleep, energy, mood, hormones, digestion and overall health.
We’ll look at recognising the signs of chronic stress and burnout, understanding your nervous system, and simple strategies that can help regulate your stress response. The focus will be on realistic tools women can use within busy work and family lives rather than adding more things to their to-do list.
Friday 11th September – 11.30 – 1.00pm – light catering provided
