RHYTHMS & PROGRESSIONS™ – Sleep Support for Babies, Toddlers & Preschoolers
A practical, interactive workshop for parents and caregivers wanting to better understand their child’s sleep from babyhood through to the preschool years.**
Join neuroinclusive sleep consultant and parent educator Chrissy Lacey from Sleepy Smalls Co for a two-hour workshop exploring how sleep develops and changes throughout the early years, and what families can realistically do to support it.
Together we’ll explore:
  • The circadian rhythm and foundations of sleep
  • Development, temperament and individual sleep needs
  • Sleep environment and sensory needs
  • Feeding, nutrition and sleep
  • Common sleep obstacles and red flags
  • Routines, rituals and sleep associations
  • Different settling approaches
  • Practical tools for navigating naps, nights and periods of change
Rather than prescribing one “right” way for children to sleep, Rhythms & Progressions™ helps parents understand what may be influencing their own child’s sleep and explore practical strategies that fit their child, family and parenting values.
The workshop includes dedicated time for questions, discussion and practical application.
Suitable for parents and caregivers of babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children.
Children are welcome to attend, however attendance is not required.
