Communication & Unboring Team with Aden Date
Aden Date is a performing artist, author, and internationally experienced teamwork trainer, specialising in helping teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and accountability. This workshop goes beyond “soft skills”. Staff will learn practical, evidence‑based tools they can use immediately, including:
- Understanding their own communication patterns
- Listening in a way that reduces conflict and increases trust
- Framing conversations so they land the way they’re intended
- Checking for shared understanding to avoid rework and confusion
- Locking accountability in the room so tasks don’t drift
