What a fantastic turn out we had yesterday for our Antenatal class!
Sharna taught the ladies about antenatal expressing, the use of a rebozo and fit ball in pregnancy and labour; and how to prepare our bodies for birth.
We canโt wait to host more education classes for the families of Tom Price! Well done to Sharna for all the fantastic work she is doing in this space with our mother's group.
