Yin Yoga is a practice for all yogis. Yin is a series of slow, long holds and mat based postures that stretch and restore the body. Practicing Yin by candle light offers a relaxing space for yogis to tune into their bodies and calm the mind. Yin offers a wealth of benefits that may help yogis to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellbeing. During a Yin class yogis will hold and relax into a pose, observe the physical sensations, emotions and thoughts. Poses are usually held for 2 to 5 minutes. Yin is restorative and works deep into the connective tissues to activate change and healing. Yin Yoga by candle light will help melt away tightness and leave yogis feeling calm and soothed. Each class will open and close with meditation to bring your focus into the body and mind.

We do advise all attendees to bring your own mat if possible.
