Jason West

Jason is a Strategy Specialist at Rio Tinto and has extensive Senior Executive experience in the finance sector (banking), resource sector, as well as multiple non-executive positions with private sector companies. Specialising in strategy, operational and business readiness, program delivery, business optimisation and organisation design, he also has extensive knowledge and experience working within LEAN, Six Sigma, Prince 2 and PYMBOK philosophies and practices. This is his first year on the Nintirri Board.

Kim McCall

Kim is the Team Leader for IBN Tom Price office of the IBN Aboriginal Corporation. Kim has been in the community services sector for many years. Kim's qualifications include social work, accredited drug and alcohol counsellor, TAFE lecturer for the community services sector and many others and has had the privilege to be part of many various and exciting roles within her career. Kim has a passion for the community service sector and passionate about any role she takes on and her new journey being a first year Nintirri board member.

Narelle Steele

Narelle has over 18 years of experience in the fields of marketing and public relations, and more recently within the arena of digital marketing. She is currently employed on a part-time basis with the Shire as a Media Officer, assisting in the media and promotional duties as well as managing the Shire's website and digital communication. Having recently moved to Tom Price she is keen to use her skills and experience for the benefit of our Pilbara community and this is her first year on the Nintirri Board.

Peter Foster

Board Member
Peter is a Councillor with the Shire of Ashburton, being first elected in 2011. Peter works locally with Department of Transport. Peter is an active member of the community serving as Chair of the North Tom Price Primary School and Tom Price Senior High School Boards, as well as Chair of the Tom Price Youth Support Association. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Newcastle (NSW) majoring in Humanities. Peter has extensive governance, leadership, public speaking and board experience. This is Peter's first year on the Nintirri Board.

Reverend John Dihm

Reverend John has a Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry, and Masters of Social Science (counselling). Reverend John and his wife Marilyn have been in the Pilbara since March 2013. He is an ordained minister of the Uniting Church and has filled placements in the city and outback South Australia, which has included hospital and mental health chaplaincies. Reverend John and Marilyn have two grown children who are now based in Perth. Reverend John is very passionate about the work of Nintirri and hopes that some of his life and professional experiences can be of benefit to Nintirri, particularly dealing with mental health issues. This is his second year on the board and he is excited about the future of Nintirri.

Sister Margaret Culhane

Sister Margaret Culhane, a member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, has always been closely involved in community life. As a teacher and principal, she worked in small country schools for nearly 25 years. She was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2012 for service to the international community, particularly refugees from Asia and Africa, and for service to women and as an educator. This is her first year on the Nintirri Board.
